Amazing, personal, and good-humoured service. Paul came to my house on a couple of occasions to help set up my hi-fi - the service is clearly that of an enthusiast - he knows his stuff and was able to sort out a few teething issues I had with my set-up, as well as fix my old turntable. Highly recommend
I absolutely share the comments other customers have made. James quickly diagnosed the voltage supply issue on my old but carefully looked after linn axis turntable. He had it repaired at a very reasonable price and confidently assured me that the original K9 cartridge and stylus were in excellent working order. True old fashioned customer service at its best from a person with incredible knowledge. Thank you James.
