I rang up and spoke to James to ask if they repaired AV Receiver's as the one I inherited wasn't working properly. James said that they don't repair AV Receiver's but if I popped it in he could have a look to see what might be the problem. So I bought it in and James was brilliant - he spent 30 minutes testing it out and checking to see what might be wrong. We were looking for a professional who could install our new Sonos Arc soundbar and link it to our TV and other devices. At very short notice, James came out and spent a couple of hours getting everything organized. Not only did he link the soundbar but found that in fact our LG 55" OLED TV had never been set up correctly, thus we were not getting the full functionality from it. After finding we were unable to tune our stereo receiver, we decided to visit The Audio House for some advice as we weren't sure what the problem was. We didn't know if it was the aerial or the radio that was faulty. James gave us a unit to take home and try, that showed us that the problem was the aerial.
