The Armoury are so welcoming and lovely. They push you to work hard but have fun in the process. Made moving to the area alone so much easier and less scary. The HIIT class is my personal fave!
Very good equipment including excellent boxing equipment and boxing/martial arts pads as well as excellent weights. Friendly, polite staff.
