Dr Patrick was very professional. He was actually early after giving me a call to see if he could move the appointment up. He thoroughly evaluated the machine/problem and gave me a quote. I didn't want to Ho ahead with the repair because it was too expensive for a machine that hasn't been too reliable anyway. So, I paid for the service visit.
