The appliance repair doctor technician was on time and very knowledgeable. He understood what was wrong with my washer and fixed the problem. He then told me ways to prevent the problem from reoccurring in the future. I would recommend them to anyone who needs an appliance repair.

The service person said he needed to replace the whole latch for the washer I called another repair person All he did was to replace a switch and cost me 125 dollars Vs you guys asking for 400 dollars
