Alex and Adam were on time. They worked very quickly, efficiently and SUCCESSFULLY. They were also very personable and answered all our questions regarding appliances. We definitely will consider them first for any future appliance repair needs.
Kept me updated on his arrival. Kept me informed on what he was doing and any problems that unexpectedly popped up.
Javier arrived promptly, was well dressed and courteous. I appreciated the text and email informing me he was enroute. He assessed the problem, educated me on my appliance and was personable.
Technicians were very good
Allen was very professional, clear on the problem and responsive in fixing the refrigerator. He was able to pick the parts up for me a day earlier then he thought which was very appreciated. I highly recommend him and he's an asset to the company.
Sean was very polite, thorough, and respectful of our home, as well as very knowledgeable ,efficient, and professional about performing the repairs on our heater.
Technician Alan was very professional in all ways and clearly expressed the situation. Highest recommendation!
I love the fact that I was updated as to when you would be at my home and that time was important. I also loved the fact that my tech took time to look at everything that might be problematic not just the easy stuff. And I loved the fact that he did not leave until it was fixed so I could use it and then gave me a guarantee that if it showed up after he left I could call him back at the office number and he would be back the next day to help again. Thank you
