Adam was very knowledgable and helpful. Hw went above what most people would, this is the guy you want working on your appliance.
Our technician Aneesh was competent and knowledgeable, and he diagnosed our problem very quickly. Aneesh was an incredibly kind and courteous person. He went above and beyond while he was in our home to help us solve the issue. He even helped me dig out a piece of plastic from my garbage disposal. I will use this company again because of my experience with Aneesh and because of his commendation of the company and its treatment of their employees.

Great service and fantastic
I scheduled a repair for a dryer that was making noises and not drying the clothes. The first technician was very courteous. However his only recommendation was for a dryer vent clean costing $180, which I believe to be excessive given that the service is available everywhere on the internet for $69. I agreed to the price if it included a complete cleaning of the dryer, including the interior vent and the undercarriage.
