Patrick was awesome. He was very good at answering my questions, and worked quickly and efficiently.
I've relied on Shawn to trouble shoot three appliances over the past year and he's always quick to pinpoint the problem, demonstrating his diverse knowledge. He's always been on time and professional. I'm also impressed by the care he takes setting up and cleaning up after the repair. Fixed problem. Had part available. Courteous and helpful. Cleaned up afterward.
Both technicians that worked on my oven were very kind and polite. They were clean and organized and left my home is better than they came in . The first diagnosis on my oven was incorrect they actually found a simpler less expensive fix . Very honest and I appreciate it . My goal is to have the ovens completely repaired before Thanksgiving and my goal was achieved . Thank you very much .
