I am writing this review especially for your technician Juan HK. He was courteous and did a thorough inspection and communicated his recommendations in a pleasant and knowledgeable manner. He answered all the concerns of my renters who were at the house with him during his inspection but shared the charges only to me since I ordered the inspection. Good experience and will recommend

Patrick our technician was very professional and proficient in identifying and repairing our issue with a dishwasher. The issue was resolved very quickly.
Felix went above and beyond to fix our dryer. He was at our house at 8 AM assessed the damage got the part and then came back at 7:30 PM to fix it. Job well done
