The staff is excellent! I’ve been living at City Center DC for a few years now and Tisa is the best! Especially this past year during the pandemic. She is always happy to help when needed and she really goes above and beyond in her service. With everyone ordering everything online more this past year I know the workload for the staff has greatly increased and I really appreciate that due to their hard work the level of service has not suffered.

Great Staff I’ve been at city center for almost a year now and I must say all the staff I’ve met are truly excellent. I’m sad that my leasing agent Nick has gone as I worked with him moving in to the property and moving units within the property. Although Nick has gone my go to guy is Jessie in the leasing office. As far as concierge my girl Tisa is A1. She’s goes above for everyone and she literally knows everyone by name. I love her and I’m so happy she’s been my main concierge on each side of the building.

The best part of this building? Ms. Tisa!! The beauty of the apartments at CityCenter, but the concierge service that is given by the lovely Tisa is what makes you stay. She has gone out of her way to remember my name, give a friendly hello whenever she sees me, always offers me assistance, and even drops mail off out at my door!! Best Building in DC I've lived here for 2+ years and loved it. Location is incredible, amenities are great, and the best part if the exceptional service, particularly Tisa. She greats everyone each morning as they leave, brings packages to your room as soon as they arrive, is always willing to assist with any issues and would drop everything to help at a moment's notice. She has made living in CityCenter a truly special experience.

Highly Recommend! I looked at a lot of apartment buildings before choosing CCDC, and CCDC is definitely the nicest in downtown DC. The location, amenities, and modern finishes speak for themselves, but another factor that makes living here really comfortable is the building management. The building staff are super friendly--especially Tisa and her team at the front desk. In short, I highly recommend renting at CCDC.

Amazing Experience! I moved into The Apartments at CityCenter about 6 months ago and the experience has been fantastic! Tisa at the front desk in particular always says hello every day and makes everyone feel welcome. The amenities here are top notch, everything is kept in top shape, and it's hard to beat the location.

Amazing place amazing Concierge These apartments have excellent facilities, perfect location, are incredibly well-maintained, but the best part is the front desk staff. Impeccable Service We've lived here for three years and just renewed for our fourth. Apart from the fact that the convenient location can't be beat, the team that runs this building has truly mastered customer service. From the moment you walk in, Tisa - the Director of Resident Services - and her team make you feel welcome and at home. The way that they have pivoted over the past year, especially with the alarming influx of deliveries, has been seamless. Tisa always has a smile on her face!

Such a wonderful place to call home! CityCenter is a wonderful, unique place to live in the heart of D.C. The staff is also incredible. We are so lucky to have Tisa Holloway as our Director of Resident Services. Tisa greets everyone with a smile every morning and goes above and beyond in everything she does. Tisa and the rest of the City Center staff make living here such a pleasure!
