Amazing Building, Staff, Amenities, and Location! I love living in this building! It is an absolute dream and a great place to call home. The units are open, have tons of storage, beautiful windows, and nice finishes. The gym is a great size and has everything you would need for everyday use. The roof is absolutely beautiful, but I also love that there are other common spaces to enjoy on various levels. Former resident I'm a former resident and Tisa reached out to me to see if I would consider writing a review of my time living there. So nice we lived there twice! My husband and I actually lived here on two different occasions, and only moved away each time because of bigger things. The building is clean, kind, and beautiful. The people who work there are SO responsive and friendly (shoutout to Tisa, who got to know us, our dog, and really took care of us when the pandemic hit). If the universe would bring us back to DC for whatever reason, there’s a solid chance we’d land at CityCenter again. 10 out of 5 stars (yes, you read that right)

Just lovely Came to look at some potential apartments on Monday, the 29th. The apartments here look so beautiful and I love all the natural lighting and it’s super quiet. I would also love to highlight just how great and super helpful Caleb was! He was super informative and answered any questions thoroughly! Genuinely a nice person. Couldn’t have asked for a better person to show us around and really talk to us about the place and the area around. Thank you Caleb!

Proud to call CityCenter Home I’ve been a resident at the Apartments at CityCenter for almost 3 year, and it has easily been my favorite place to live in DC. Excellent place to live and Tisa rocks! The Apartments at City Center is centrally located in the heart of DC providing easy access to essentially anything you need. The building is great and the staff really set the building apart from others. Especially Tisa Holloway, the Director of Resident Services. Tisa goes out of her way for the residents - she greets every resident by name and with a smile and goes the extra mile to make living here a great experience.

Highly Recommend! I have lived at City Center for over a year, and it has been everything I imagined and more! The amenities are state of the art, and the location is close to metro lines, shopping, museums, and a ton of restaurants. Everyone who works here is so friendly and professional! The maintenance staff is fantastic--I have only had two issues, but they have been resolved in 30 minutes! Tisa is so helpful, friendly, and goes out of her way to make City Center feel like home. I highly recommend City Center to anyone!
