This place is a gem - I love it and always stay here when I am in the area visiting family! The rooms are renovated to a high standard and are quiet and very comfortable. The windows have black-out blinds/curtains which is essential in mid-summer when the Sun wakes up before 5am. Underfloor heating in the bathroom is a nice touch especially in the Winter. We spent a Sunday night here through a dinner,bed and breakfast deal. Lovely room, beautifully presented. Food on offer was from a 'deal" menu. Choice was extremely limited so we opted to add a supplement to have a decent meal. Food was nothing special and very expensive. I think the 'deal" would be better if there was credit given for dinner rather than the limited menu offered.
