Great value, I'd stay again. Owner very helpful. The room had kitchenette, mini sink, fridge and microwave so can be self sufficient. Only downside is noise of fridge and the heating can't be altered so way hotter than needed. Had to leave window open

Great host. Mike welcomed us with a warm greeting that made us immediately feel at home. A bottle of milk, some chocolates, tea, coffee and a bottle of prosecco were all supplied and gratefully received. The room was spotlessly clean and very well decorated. The same can also be said for the communal areas. The garden is neat and tidy but sadly the December weather didn't allow us to use it. Room was spotlessly clean, warm welcome by the hosts Mike and Carol . Milk/sugar/tea/coffee/wine/chocolates a luvly surprise and we arrived just as warm scones came out of the oven , delicious.||Accommodation was good size, large bed, good kitchen with all facilities. Heating was very efficient, views from front and back as described. Mike gave us good information regarding food and drink venues nearby and explained nearest headland walks, very helpful. We would definitely recommend The Anchorage to all.

We had a lovely 3 night stay here. Bull Bay is a beautiful place. The Anchorage is in a brilliant location. The self contained lets have everything in them. They are spotless. Hats off to Mike & Carol. Fantastic hosts. Thank you for a superb break. Lynne x Will
