A booking was made months ago for a 30th birthday celebration.. 9 rooms in total for 18 people. When we arrived on sat 7th March 2026, no rooms were booked.. staff said it was the hotels fault but did absolutely nothing to resolve of help find alternative accommodation. Really disgusting service from this place. We had all came from pretty far away. I was staying in Portrush on a Friday night so I rang to see if there was any entertainment on that evening. The gentleman that answered was very off putting saying that the music didn’t start to 11. Never heard of entertainment starting so late felt like he was trying to put us off so we didn’t bother.
Great live music in the bar. I'd skip the food and just drink downstairs 👏 nice to have rooms upstairs just incase ☺️ 🍸
