I'm still waiting on delivery 8 weeks after a purchase made on the 19th December 2024. Phone number on website never answers and they don't reply to emails.
Nice earrings but one came apart after only a few weeks of infrequent wear. Customer service response was to 'take it to a jeweller'. Not impressed.
Atrocious and kafkaesque. Amber's good, gold rings are flimsy and more akin to a Christmas cracker, the one I bought just snapped in two places, and they were spectacularly uniterested. Still chasing and waiting to hear from them, to no avail. Avoid at all costs.
I love theirs designs. Ordered two necklaces from them, they both beautiful, well made, look just like on the website and were nicely packed.
Received amber inlay ring which broke after one wear. This company would not accept a return, or replace it. This was a birthday gift for my husband. Very disappointed.
