Ate here a couple of nights, first time had quite a long wait, second time was great. Food is good, the cheese board is amazing value for money, with plenty of biscuits. Good little pub.

I'm quite old, I have eaten in many places all over the world. This place has to be rated one of the worst... ever.
We stopped off here to get dinner before a night ferry to The Netherlands. The welcome was excellent. All the staff were so friendly, (especially to our two children (8 & 11). Food was really lovely and very Kelly priced, with a good selection of drinks on offer. My wife had the vegan "fish and chips" which were excellent. Worth the extra couple of minutes drive from the chain restaurants at the entrance to the harbour. Would definitely repeat the experience if in the area.
A good range of fish based dishes. Sharing boards looked tempting but the crab salad I selected was well presented and tasty. Service was friendly and helpful.
