An excellent addition to New York's continually evolving night scene, Ainsworth is an upscale restaurant and sports bar which has quickly become the talk of town. The decadence and chicness of this bar isn't undermined by the after-work crowd which packs a mix of sophisticates, beer heads and sports nuts. Sprawled across 6,000 square feet, and boasting of 40-television screens, Ainsworth's rustic decor is superbly complemented by the aged pine walls, chocolate leather seats, chandeliers and amber lights. The menu has a limite... read more

Expensive dive bar – Charging a lot for drinks and being rude doesn’t make your place nice. Seems like common sense but someone should really tell the manager.
Racist Staff – I went with my friend who happens to be a minority, and we got a funny look from the hostess as soon as we got there. We were spoken down to the entire night and ignored for other tables. We often saw our waiter socializing with the staff instead of bringing us bread and water, which we had to ask for several times. My advice is stay away unless you are a racist.
Aint Worth Anything – This place is truly worthless. Terrible food and watered down drinks. Really overpriced and a snotty staff. Going here is a huge waste of time and money.
Nothing Good to Say About This Place – Rude staff, terrible food and drinks, and way too expensive. Much better deals, pretty much anywhere else you go.
Someone Call The Health Inspector! – I’m surprised this place hasn’t been closed due to health violations. Our served openly coughed into our food without covering his mouth. The place is very run down and dirty, and I saw a cockroach crawling on an empty table. I’m still grossed out just thinking about going here.
Racist Manager – I went here last week with some friends, one who happened to be a minority. Some guys at the bar started heckling my friend, saying racist things to him. Not wanting to get into it, we told them to just back off. After going on for a few more minutes, the manager came out and told us that he’ll throw us out if we don’t stop causing trouble. We told the manager that we didn’t do anything, and that they were yelling racial slurs at our friend. He just ignored what we told him, didn’t deny it, and told us again... read more
Ainsworth is A+ – I was at the Ainsworth recently for a charity event. They really know what they are doing here! They had everything set up so nicely. I've been here on a normal day and they have tons of tables with lounge style seating and they cleared that all out to make room for the event! They had a step&repeat set up and everything. They passed around appetizers (which were amazing) stamped us for drinks and had a great DJ. Everything seemed to go as planned. This place is awesome!
LOVE the Crab Cakes! – The crabcakes at the Ainsworth is one of the best I've had! They put it with this aoili sauce that is so yummy! You should definately try it!!! The Ains also has amazing bartenders.. the best around. Get in there for some great food and drinks
I LOVE The Ainsworth! – The Ainsworth is amazing! They have salads galore here! My two favorite are the signature Ainsworth salad and the tomato stack! Their dressings are so great and I always love a good salad. The Ainsworth has a very loungy feel which I appreciate and the service here is stellar. Next time you're in Chelsea you should totally stop in here for a bite.
