I love this place. I fell like a lot of people don't know about it.. ... great food , great bar.. thumbs up.
The Ainsworth is one of the worst bars in NYC. It is pretty much T.G.I.Friday's at 4 times the price. Plus, the staff is routinely pretentious - you would think that they were working at Le Cirque. Do yourselves a favor and choose another spot...trust me...I have been here 4 times now, and my impression is not a one-time fluke.
A great scene – This is where you go on any given night for Hot guys and great sports. There is nothing like this in the city.
LOVE THIS PLACE – Went there Thursday night and had a great time....First time I went was opening night and I have been back many times. Great place to go when its really busy to meet cool people or also when its slow to just grab a drink with a friend and catch up
Definitely coming back here! – This restaurant is great! The food is wonderful and the service was superb! I really enjoyed dining here, the crowd seemed to be enjoying themselves as well. I would definitely recommend the tuna tartar tacos, very tasty with a kick to them. Everyone should dine there, I think it has something to offer a variety of different tastes and personalities!
Not good – The food is overpriced and bad, drinks are expensive, and for something that calls itself a sports bar, it's almost impossible to watch a game.
