Location is awesome and Rachel is the bomb!!!
Without a doubt the BEST apartment hunting/touring/ paperwork filling out experience ever! Rachel is simply the sweetest and the beez's knees. I am not a resident until june but im super excited and looking forward to playing with all the awesome perks 704 has going on. After signing there signing there the last few months in my current place are going by so slowly! Im a bartender and music manager and the boyfriend is a chef so meet us at the pool for an awesome party!
Rachel was AMAZING!!! Such a delight to work with. Thank you Rachel for all your help. I can't wait to get moved in and officially make the 704 my home!
