704 is a wonderful place.
I highly recommend leasing elsewhere. This is one of the worst leasing experiences I have ever had. I am eager to move. It is 12:45 in the morning as I write this, and I can hear people partying at the pool.
Love it, don't like the parking but EVERYTHING else is perfect. The staff is very professional, thank you guys for doing an awesome job.
