RecommendedHave lived here for the past year and it's been a great experience. The staff is welcoming and engaged (shout out to Erick and Cynthia), and really care about improving the community too. Wanted to specifically shout-out Jesse, who's quick and excellent maintenance work has helped me out of quite a few pinches over the past year!
RecommendedReally love living at the 704, been here almost a year, sitting out on my balcony reading or on the phone, or relaxing by one of the pools, doesn't get much better! One of the maintenance team members, Jesse, goes above and beyond to make sure any issues in our apt is fixed super quick and that everything is working properly before he leaves, really thorough job. Many props!
RecommendedI have lived at the 704 for 1year. I love the location. Amenities are great with two pools, a solid gym, and plenty of grills. As with most things, people make all the difference. Erick the leasing agent is amazing! He is super friendly, and works with you in every way. He is kind and gives you the proper information you need as well as other recommendations. RecommendedI have lived at the 704 for many years. I love the location. Short distance to Greenbelt/Downtown Hike+Bike Trail and everything you need. The amenities are great with two pools, a solid gym, and plenty of grills. As with most things, people make all the difference. Bobby and the maintenance team work hard to make the 704 an enjoyable place to live. The pools are always spotless and maintenance requests are handled quickly. Bobby is a familiar face on the property and goes above and beyond. I highly recommend the 704!!
RecommendedI had an water issue in the middle of the night and Bobby came and took care of it. He was so great and brought a great attitude even in middle of the night at 2 AM! Really enjoying the new amenities, hope to see some in the gym as well!
