My boyfriend and I love living at The 704! We renewed our lease for a 2nd year. We moved from NYC in March 2019 and feel very happy here. The size of our 1 bedroom apartment is amazing and the amenities are great. The 704 is a nice complex and the management team are both helpful and friendly. The maintenance guys here are great and they really do a good job if you need anything fixed/serviced... they are very reliable and trustworthy. :) The only complaint I have is about some residents (don't know who) not cleaning up afte... read more

Want to leave positive feedback for the maintenance staff at the 704- they've been super helpful in troubleshooting stuff like water leaks, getting into my apartment when I forgot my keys, etc. Appreciate all that Bobby and the team have done to help me get situated. 😊

I've only been living here for a week and I'm already blown away at the efficiency of the 704's maintenance team. I submitted a request, and within an hour Bobby and his team had fixed everything and even went above and beyond by helping me dispose of my moving supplies. I have NEVER seen customer care like this at any other complex I've lived in. 10/10 recommend.

I love living here, its a great part of the city, I feel safe here knowing we have after-hours on-site security, everyone in the leasing office is super friendly and helpful, my neighbors all seem cool, despite me playing guitar too loudly sometimes (sorry!). Love living here. I signed an 18 month lease originally and I just re-upped for another 12 months. The staff is very attentive. I've lived in a lot of apartments and rental communities and the maintenance staff here is the best and most responsive I've ever dealt with. Just this week I had an issue with my sink and Jessie was here the next day and quickly took care of it. The location is also great. Near downtown. Near the park. Perfect.
Definitely a great place to live! Jesse is the maintenance manager/ lead and always there to fix all of our maintenance requests as soon as he can! He’s always around to say hi, which makes it a more warming environment!
