Fairer Preis, allgemein hat man sich wohl gefühlt. Der online Check In ging ohne Probleme, wenn jemand Hilfe braucht ist das Personal in der Bar gerne für einen da.
Only stayed as we got an offer on a room. Would have to be insane to pay full price here. Thought the room was nice, although the floor is warped and there is air pockets in the floor which is a trip hazard and they are very creaky. Could here people in other rooms walking on them all night. Cheery on the cake was they have a free beer fridge with no beer ever in it.
Hôtel assez sympa, chambre et salle de bain propre, tout était vraiment parfait ! Sauf malheureusement le bruit. Nous étions situé dans la chambre juste au dessus du bar également à proximité d’un autre bar qui diffuse de la musique (également une station de train qui fait de temps en temps trembler les murs) et jusqu’à 00h30 impossible de s’endormir, donc à éviter si vous avez des enfants. Sinon prévoyez des bouchons d’oreilles, ça peut aider (vraiment). J’ai bien aimé le self Check-in, zéro problème pour nous.
TLDR: don’t stay if you want to sleep & want human interaction plus polite staff. Overly complicated for no reason. The sign on the door says “check in here” the next door says “wrong way go to the bar to check in” when you get back to the bar they send you back where you started to a tablet on the wall. The “free beer” fridge aka incorporated into your price was empty. I informed the bar staff they told me they would refill it, 2 hours later not refilled. The 1852 hotel was perfect for our 4 day stay in Belfast. Good value and good location. We had a car and there was a 24 hour parking lot only 1 block away. Rooms were large, but could be fitted out better for clothes - it could use hooks for hanging, bench, dresser, etc. Our room was on the 2nd floor (2 above ground level) and we were never bothered by noise that others have commented on.
