Ray’s quote was competitive and the project came in at the expected cost in the anticipated timeframe. I can only highly recommend Thatcher Builders. They carried out roofing and rendering work to the back of our property in Oct/Nov 2024 which required scaffolding. All the work was completed successfully, neatly, on time and for the price quoted in the estimate with no unexpected add ons, in spite of some extra tasks being included over and above what had been initially agreed.
