Awful customer service
Amazing service from the 20yr old lad again ! Hairs looking better than ever. Best in wallingford for sure. Give this man a raise !
I arrived at 17:40 on Saturday and they said they were closed, despite there being no other customers waiting. The closing time on Saturday is 18:00 stated in their window. Very disappointing.
I went in asking for a simple crop—y’know, the kind of haircut that doesn’t require a degree in architecture. What I got was less “chic and tidy” and more “garden shears after a few drinks.” Against my better judgment, I went back for a second round… and somehow, it got worse. Easily the worst haircut I’ve ever had—and that’s saying something, because my hair has seen things.
