An amazing trip down the Thames. The boats are clean and have good facilities, toilets, bar for drinks and snacks. The staff are amazingly friendly and so accommodating. My only suggestion would be to have the windows cleaned so passengers can see out of them better.

Unfortunately the planned and paid for ticket (in advance) for a ride from Butlers Wharf to Westminister was delayed in sailing. This was because of a ‘broken down boat’ that was scheduled to take the earlier time slot on our planned route had to be cancelled. Unfortunately we were not informed of this fact by text or phone call earlier in the day.
