Kind staff efficient carers and good service. Highly recommend !
My earlier review, four months ago was good. Since then however, not good. Our regular carers are lovely and on time, but when they are on leave, Thames Homecare are unable to cope. We had to complain this morning when no carer appeared chase appeared after one hour late. Excuse made that she was delayed. Apologised but I asked why could they not keep us, the client, advised?
Disappointed to read poor reviews as our experience could not be better. Thames Homecare were appointed for my wife via Hounslow BC and we could not be happier with the care shown by this company, especially Sahra my wife's regular carer.
STAY AWAY! If i could rate this a 0 i would. This Company lacks Empaphy, Professionalism and mostly importantly communication. They have provided my Nan with care for less than 48 Hours and today we had a call from my Nan at roughly 3pm stating she was in Hopsital and then we couldnt make contact again. When we phoned the office to the Care Campany to ask what had happened we were informed that she had been in since 11am and when questioned as to why the NOK wasnt informed they told us "they hadnt got round to doing it" I sp... read more
I'd give them 0 stars of possible terrible service carers who barely speak a word of English always chatting on their phones in their language which to me is rude and ignorant turn up when they want and shoot off out the door as quickly as possible also very rude and try to lecture me on what I should or should not eat drink smoke and even complain about my very well behave friendly dog and expect me to put him away because of their religion none of which is acceptable so do yourself a favor and find a better care service as... read more
