food was ice cold when i got it. seems like nobody here cares about their job. and i also got food poisoning from this experience! i was offered a replacement meal next time i was around the area but i think ill pass.
well I guess my complaint is just like everyone else. Slow service and Cold food, unhappy or annoyed waitresses and some how the manager never show the face
Worst meal I have had in my life !! had a 14 oz. strip steak that had about 6oz of edible meat, side was cold and smelled like 10 week old broccli. This was a big disappointment and last time I will go to a Fridays anywhere. Do yourself a favor and close the doors
Very slow service after being seated relatively quickly. Two ice teas took 10mins to be served. Chicken quesadilla appetizer took another 30 mins after ordering. Another 10 - 15mins for our entree's. The cajun chicken &shrimp pasta was delivered WITHOUT any shrimp. Waitress noticed and said she'd bring it right out. Well, after eating VERY slowly in order to have pasta to eat with the shrimp, the waitress stopped to see if we wanted dessert since our plates were empty. Food was ok. Gin/tonics were excellent
Sadly, I cannot write a glowing review. The food was, at best, subpar... as was the service. The dining room air conditioning was set so cold, it was probably a contributing factor as to why the food was cold when it reached our table. TGI Fridays used to be a favorite of mine. It's sad that it has backslid to what it is now.
Awful customer service the waitress acted like we were a annoying? No napkins when seated , curdled creamer , no orange for my blue moon when asked. No silverware , good food, but awful service.
