Last Saturday I was heading into Stuyvesant Plaza when I noticed a drunk male and female stumble out of your restaurant. The man had soiled himself and it was all down his jeans, you could see it very clearly. I watched them both walk drunk into the parking lot, praying they wouldn’t get into a vehicle. but guess what, sure enough they BOTH got into a vehicle, the man got into the drivers seat. i parked a few spots away while this all unfolded..and he then drove away (nearly hitting 2 other cars as he pulled out of his spot)... read more

After a fun day of apple picking with friend we decided to got to Friday’s for dinner ! Worst choice ever ! It should have been a sign when we were greeted by the rude hostess ! Who just gave us all dirty looks ! But we didn’t and oh boy do I regret it ! We were a large party of 10 ! The restaurant was empty the side that they set us on there was no other tables full. Excited to go tonight and honestly never again, the limited menu sucks, so disappointed with menu I decided to just gets wings. Ate 4 and wouldn’t even take the rest home, they were fatty and appeared deformed. It was 6:00 on a friday night and the place was dead. I don’t have to wonder why.
Was expecting a casual family night to dinner but instead got a complete and utter disaster! Waited over an hour just to get our drinks even longer for the appetizers were absolutely treacherous. My son got overly seasoned fries to the point where he couldn't even touch them but oh wait there's more! Waited even longer for our entrees to arrive and when they did the food was cold and raw! Drinks are always great and the food was also good.
Great value for huge portions.
Restaurant was very clean, and the food was great.
Our food was cold. Ordered 5 dinners. One burger had no cheese. Potato skins are burnt. There was literally 12 French fries in each container. Will not be ordering from them ever again.
