Waited 20 minutes for water and a glass of wine!
The food was Delicious as always, the waitress we had was Awesome, the atmosphere was great, and I would eat here again anytime!
we happen to be in albany so we used out gift card there next to the crossroads mall. the tgif in Watertown ny closed all those fifty cards ppl bought and gave at xmas. now needed to travel to use them. any how.. this tgif was very nice . waiter was pleasant and friendly and funny. place was clean atmosphere was nice not to to noicey.
cook the food the way its ordered... ordered a medium rare and got rare.. sent it back and they gave me the same steak the way it was when it was brought out the first time. didn't even attempt to cook it a second time.
Wings Boneless ones were over cooked
food took forever was cold order was wrong waitress would disappear forever with only 2 tables she was serving🙄

French onion soup was the worst I ever had there. Just so disappointed in the menu and the way food was prepared.
Stopped in for lunch after many years. It was a little different than years gone by. But it was a nice experience.
