My first time at TGIF in Albany and it will be my LAST !! Slow service ,the food was not hot when it arrived ,potatoes skins where very dry and stale. Oh and my fork looked like it hadn’t been wash in days....gross!!!!
My boyfriend and i frequently go to the Albany location. Every time we go the food is amazing, service is fast, and our server (Josh, i believe) is amazing. Went lastnight for dinner, it was busy, the food was fresh and cooked to order. We always make sure we’re seated in his area.
I went TGI Friday Yesterday with my wife for lunch. I ordered French Dip sandwich which has side option either for Salad or French fries. I asked for Salad. I also ordered French fries separately which is $3.99. However, when I got bill the lady waitress added French fries with sandwich and charged me $4.99 for Salad. This way she got $1.00 more in my total bill. The sandwich was also terrible, never had such a bad sandwich....Done with TGI Friday Albany, NY.
The waitress was ridiculously slow. Waited AN HOUR for our entrees which were obviously just sitting around because they came to us warm at BEST. Then paying was a hassle as she was slow about that as well. Hopefully its just a mediocre branch because the food IS amazing.
I visit for the first time the one in Albany omg everything was so delicious, hot everything on point, luv it
Food was mediocre and service was horrrible and I’m a waitress so I don’t typically complain about service but when there are two other tables in the place besides yours and the service is pretty much non existent then there is a problem.
