First time here I am currently sitting here it took a total of 39 minutes to get drinks aside from that three other tables that were after us got drinks and served plus finished their food before we even got to place our entree order....the worst place I have ever eaten at and although I don't want to pay for my bill I'm going to because I'd rather not make an issue because it won't even get resolved because they don't care about their customers.
It was the worst birthday dinner I've had in my life. Leader took forever to come and take our drink orders our dinner when it finally showed up was somewhere cold somewhere warm one wasn't even the right thing in the waiter wasn't even the one who brought the stuff it was a very bad evening and I doubt if I'll ever go to the Albany store at Stuyvesant Plaza ever again

Had the worst service spent 70 on 3 appetizers to beers and a glass of wine. Food was under cooked tgey forgot our drinks.
I could not be more disappointed with my experience at TGI Fridays tonight. I have been going to the Stuyvesant Plaza location regularly since 2008 and have never had any complaints up until now. As a member of The A-List, I have always been privy to industry accommodation for myself and my party.
