The Friday's in Saratoga springs is full of liars. I asked the person who seats you about what to do about the recipe because I was way over charged and she said she'll get the waiter. Well he comes over grabs the check and runs the card comes back says 2nd copies yours and walks away not even talking to us so we can tell him we were over charged. Just don't go here. Better off ar McDonald's Slow service. Food's awful.
I went here back in the end of June with a couple friends ; I ordered the jack Daniels burger and my friends got endless apps and burgers as well , I'm not a picky person but if I asked for medium rare and I get a burger that's well done , I'm sending it back , unfortunately it took 4 tries to get the burger right. The last time they sent me a burger out that was cooked for maybe 2 minutes on each side , it was still cold inside it and very very rare basically uncooked. It was around 730 or so not busy. They only had a few servers on. Bad service food took a long time.
Scam, they don't even have endless apps listed on menu and charge 50% higher than advertised on tv. Do not give them your money.
We were there with a party of 12. Restaurant was about 1/3 full. I'm guessing that it was very under staffed it took a long time to get waited on and served. The food was not very good either. There were a lot of people waiting for a table even thought there were plenty available. Not the TGIF I remembered.
