While the food, for the most part, was quite good, the service was incredibly slow (miscommunication, we were told, more than once). A young man who wasn't our server provided more service than the young woman who allegedly was, and the order she placed wasn't quite what was ordered. Overall, it was an odd experience. One entree was out before the appetizer, the others came, well, eventually.
There was 20 minute wait so we opted to sit in the bar. The table was dirty as we sat down, but the waiter cleaned it right away. We ordered drinks and apps, came rather quick. Placed our orders and waited and waited. Finally they arrived and they were wrong and cold. The manager took care of it asap. But never returned to see if everything was ok. The waiter was great, mistakes were not his fault. Not impressed. On our way out the manager hid from us.
I was there Friday night and it was less than desirable crowd. The police come in twice looking for someone and I totally understand why also the food and service was horrible I will never be back!
Service at in the bar area was terrible! We were sitting at the bar 15 minutes before anyone took our drink order. Then after waiting for our drink to arrive, we found out from another bartender that our drink order was never put it. We also placed an order for food. About 20 minutes after that, we found out the bartender forgot to put our food order in, so we decided against ordering food just to have that order forgotten as well. As much as I love Friday’s, the service was absolutely awful....
When my Family of six got there it was terrible we asked how long to be seated she said an hour and she didn’t even write our name down after we complained we were seated and a waitress and the hostess were talking about us that we were complaining the Waitress she took a half an hour just to Serve us and never gave us our drinks and kids menu we felt that this was planned and we couldn’t trust them to eat there we got up and walked out the manager said he was going to take care of us all he wanted to do is have a family din... read more
Went this pass weekend...The servers was friendly but the food was not great. I order the all you can eat apps started off with Buffalo wings & garlic parmesan wings also potato wedges the potato wedges was dried out buffalo wings were not freshly cooked...I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE...
Appetizer was great but when the food came it was cold!
The service was great. I especially love the ribs, they were so tender. The breading on the shrimp was delicious. Wonderful experience. Thank you.
