Service at in the bar area was terrible! We were sitting at the bar 15 minutes before anyone took our drink order. Then after waiting for our drink to arrive, we found out from another bartender that our drink order was never put it. We also placed an order for food. About 20 minutes after that, we found out the bartender forgot to put our food order in, so we decided against ordering food just to have that order forgotten as well. As much as I love Friday’s, the service was absolutely awful....
When my Family of six got there it was terrible we asked how long to be seated she said an hour and she didn’t even write our name down after we complained we were seated and a waitress and the hostess were talking about us that we were complaining the Waitress she took a half an hour just to Serve us and never gave us our drinks and kids menu we felt that this was planned and we couldn’t trust them to eat there we got up and walked out the manager said he was going to take care of us all he wanted to do is have a family din... read more
Went this pass weekend...The servers was friendly but the food was not great. I order the all you can eat apps started off with Buffalo wings & garlic parmesan wings also potato wedges the potato wedges was dried out buffalo wings were not freshly cooked...I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE...
Appetizer was great but when the food came it was cold!
The service was great. I especially love the ribs, they were so tender. The breading on the shrimp was delicious. Wonderful experience. Thank you.
This is the first time I EVER walked out of a restaurant. The host told us 15 mins and never took our name down. Then he was seating everyone else that came after us. Then he sat us 30 mins later and said the server will be with us. A server never came and we sat there for another 20 mins... no drinks no nothing. A server never even came. So over all you need to retrain your host and tell them to tell servers if you sit people in their section...or else you will lose business and money. Came here after a ballgame at Miller Park in late afternoon on a Saturday. Friendly staff, talked Baseball a bit with the host, food and service were good, lots of TVs for watching college football.
Great rib special. Cold beer. Great service. I would recommend this place to a friend.
I tried the new Southern chicken sandwich it was awesome, The customer service was great I will be going back soon.
