I was here yesterday for my birthday lunch, and the service was TERRIBLE! I mentioned it was birthday at least 3 times and no one even acknowledged it! Not even a simple "Happy Birthday!" It took an extremely long time to get our food, and when we did get it, it wasn't right. I have never experienced service like that before and the manager didn't seem to care! The worst part of my birthday celebration was being here!
The food quality was lacking on some of the items. The fact that we barely got any chips with a big thing of spinach and artichoke dip was one thing and the fact that it looked like it was thrown together and not mixed up as it should be was another. Took forever to even get our drinks and when we did the server wasn't very personable. We had order more chips for everything that we never received. This was definitely one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a TGI Fridays and I don't think I will ever return to this ... read more
Great food and drinks and service. The waitress could not do enough for us. Will be back soon.
The food was delicious!!! The server was awful! Worse serves I have ever received at a TGIF. Sat in the bar area. The bartender was our server. She sat at the bar talking with people and leaning on the counter while forgetting our items. Never brought our salsa n chips with the reward card. Never asked for our reward cards. We have to walk up the bar to pay our tabs. We have 4 different people for plates. Finally I got up and went to go get our plates. We ordered endless apps at 2:05p and it came at 2:45p.
