Awful. No more than 1/3 full. Seated immediately and a waitress popped her head in to say she’d be with us soon. 15 minutes later hunted down the hostess who ended up taking our order herself. 10 minutes for beverages, 15 for an appetizer. 20 more for food. Ironically the food was very good once it arrived. Had to hunt the waitress down to get boxes and out bill. Forgot to take a coupon off the bill. Had to get a manager to override it. Just terrible we go there alot but this time it took 3 trys to get hot french frys get this when sh came with the 3 try she said these are freash they should be hot shouldn't all orders be freash and hot
ribs didn't taste good, they forgot the shrimp for the shrimp and steak, then brought the wrong kind when we told them. drinks were made wrong. forgot to sing to my daughter for her birthday.
Server was great. Food has gone down hill. Cold and missing half the burger. Sizzling chicken is usually my favorite...where was the sizzle? ��
Had a great time, our waiter who called himself D I believe his name was something in the line of Desmond, he was a great waiter very helpful and attentive without being overpowering and gave us time to relax and make our dinner choice, we'll be back thanks D
Unfortunately not a good review our waiter took our order never came back to check on us or get refills he forgot multiple items we asked for and ordered plus when it was time to pay our bill he was nowhere in sight we tracked him down on the clock drinking beer 🍺 at the bar what a joke if that’s how they treat customers people will not be coming back
