Your website states you are open til 2 am, but on Thurs. the 14th, you were closed up at 10:40pm. Employee that came to the door said something we didn't catch and just walked away.
Friday's used to be my favorite chains but no longer. 2 PM in the afternoon and we had to wait 10 -15 minutes for a table (we could see open ones). Server was slow before, during and after. Both food orders were wrong. Complained 3 times but never got to see a manager. We had to ask for more water. One meal was free but who cares. This was Brookfield,'s last chance to keep us as a customer and they failed terribly.
