better service is required
The service was great. The food, however, is on the decline. Couldn't even cut my chicken parmesan on the ends it was so over fried. The onion rings were also way over fried. Sad. Used to love that place.

Your website states you are open til 2 am, but on Thurs. the 14th, you were closed up at 10:40pm. Employee that came to the door said something we didn't catch and just walked away.
Friday's used to be my favorite chains but no longer. 2 PM in the afternoon and we had to wait 10 -15 minutes for a table (we could see open ones). Server was slow before, during and after. Both food orders were wrong. Complained 3 times but never got to see a manager. We had to ask for more water. One meal was free but who cares. This was Brookfield,'s last chance to keep us as a customer and they failed terribly.

Wow we love da staff Especially Ivan and Michael there awesome and da food there it’s so good
Terrible service. Took forever for our food. They forgot a meal. I had to get up to get drinks. Terrible. Never again
