Our waitress was great but that was about it. Slow service. Dirty silverware. GF bun was stale (plus, Iordered no cheese & it came with cheese). 1 couple walked out after waiting 20 minutes for service. Another couple didn't get their draft beers. Another couple had poor food quality. 1 family walked out after hearing about all this.... Would not recommend at all...
Even though our server said he was tired he was still pleasant but, it took forever for us to simply just get our drinks. the food was, well, to be expected at a chain restaurant, sub-par. They no longer offer the all-you-can-eat appetizers but we went for the $30 deal for two. The appetizers were great, the ribs a little on the dry side with no extra BBQ sauce on the side to offer, the chicken was super small and dry. not very friendly was hoping for a better experience after driving over an hour just to try this tgi fridays not impressed!
After waiting an hour with no food, we decided to leave.
It took over an hour and a half for a party of 4 to get a salad, 2 burgers and a chicken sandwich. Service was terrible!
