have enough staff inform customers that you will have to wait an hour for your food and that is it's going to be 35 minutes to pay once you are done and tooo pricy
😠 More like NO service. 10 minutes to be greeted at our table. An hour after arriving ,no food yet. Manager came out asked us if we ordered salmon. no neither of us did.Asked what we ordered. Said it would be right out. 15 minutes later still no food., so we left.
When we came in no one was in the front to greet & seat us. Three people came out of the kitchen, looked at us & walked the other way. One of them came back & seated us. Our waitress told us that she couldn't wait to get off of work so she take her kids to the park. That was very obvious because she brought our appetizer but no plates for the appetizer. Your hostess Natalie is probably the most rude person I’ve ever encountered as a hostess. We just walked in 10 mins ago she did not say hi, greet us, or say anything in fact. She just glared at us. She sat us in the bar at a high top, my husband went to ask if we could be seated at a different table as I just had surgery Tuesday so it’s hard to get into a higher chair. really good food ...very nice staff
We just left TGIFridays in Brookfield and the service/ waitress was TERRIBLE, this wasn’t the first time it was actually the last two times also. Tonight the waitress (we could tell she doesn’t like her job) , took forever to get our dinners, long time until our AYCE shrimp came, no refills on drinks( had to go to the bar to get refills) plus other patrons had the Brookfield PD got called on them.
Have table top ad about $12.99 lunch with beverage app and entree. when we try to order were are told it's only m-f doesn't say or state that any place on the card or menu. Wouldn't honor it. False advertising!!! Unacceptable
