We got there at 745 did not get our food until 915. Server was very slow. Kept checking on his other tables and kept walking past our. Not happy at all. Wont fo back
Probably the worst experience we've had in a while. Ordered drinks and food at 6:03. At 6:50 we got our entrees but neither appetizer. At 7:05 we got one of the two appetizers, 7:10 we got the second one. Insane!!
As always, delicious! Love the Jack Daniels Chicken!
Service was ok but the food was so-so. I don't plan on going back.

The smiling attentive servers are always the best part of dining out and TGI Fridays servers are the best especially at the Brookfield location.
Our first time here and we were not impressed. Ordered the Baked onion soup and there were only a few onions in the bottom of the bowl. The seasoned french fries did not taste like there was any seasoning on them. Sandwiches were good. Will not go back.
Avoid this place on Thursday nights. The Killer Karaoke is not for the faint of hearts. And your ears may bleed after 15 minutes.
