You could not wish for a better Gym then this one. Andy makes you feel welcome and at ease and no question is too much he'll go the extra mile with everyone who he deals with. Fully equipped and fantastic for a beginner or an experienced gym goer. Very freindly environment to do your workouts in!
Brilliant at the start I was a bit nervous but the owner made sure I felt right at home he took me around the gym and showed us where all the equipment was and was there if I needed help top gym and affordable

Also a massive bonus for you all, gym membership only £24 a month with no fixed contract!!!
One of the best gyms I've been to! Everyone is really friendly, the gym is clean and well looked after, it has everything you need, including classes! No contract and only £24.99, few quid more for classes included. Get down to TF1!💪🏻
