Terrible service both the Manager and Ashley the delivery driver were rude. Waited over two hours for my order just to have to return it! Never ordering from here again!

I am PISSED placed my order at 6:12 & 7:56 I get my COLD burgers.What happened to the 45 minute delivery?

I pre-ordered online before 7 pm for an 830 pm delivery. Not only was my food over 40 minutes late it was cold, and missing items. They're only solution we can send it out but it may be a few hours. The Philly cheese steak sub was also way over salted. Do not order here.

AWFUL!! We waited two hours for our food, which was missing part of our food, lukewarm at best, and didn’t give us a receipt. Called the store twice and was just told “its on its way” during the wait with no apology or remorse. Shameful

I eat steak express every Saturday!!! I called it took two hours its raining and I understand . I call & and a manager Melinda who should not work with customer service she was so disrespectful to a max called me out my name yelled I finally got my food the delivery guy was so awesome he apologized a lot and understood my problem with Melinda he apologized for her but if she is a manager the car hop should not have to !!!
