I've been sitting outside 30 mins for this guy to come tell me that they never even STARTED my order. This was my first and LAST time coming to this BS place with BS people! I'm leaving and STILL starving!

I'm not one that expresses my opinion like this . but ... dissatisfied first time here and last . made it simple ordered a cheese burger and a loaded baked potatoe. they said 15min .Pulled around front . 35 mins later went in to see what's up with my order . find it sitting on the counter. took my order supprise baked potatoe hard way under cooked. burger burnt not flame broiled.... had high hopes for this place glad I didn't order a steak ..

I ordered 2 ribeyes one was a sirloin,they forgot my shrimp. The night manager named Gabby said she would have it right out. 45 minutes later shrimp showed up and they were cold.i called back girl said well what did I want her to do. . I spent $75 on crap. Ribeye was so tough you didn't want to eat it.People don't waste your money. They are very rude and service is nasty.

my meal had no potato got all the trimmings for my loaded potato but no potato. grilled chicken was gristle and tough could not eat. really ruined my lunch break.

ordered the steak and shrimp meal and the steak was tuffer than a boot plus the potato was raw and cold the roll was cold also. could have gotten a sirloin at road house way cheaper and way better

I was trying to handle this without posting a review but I'll go ahead to show how crappy the service is. Payed $50+ for 4 meals... one of the hamburger buns was molded called back manager was being a smartass to start off with I tell him I wanted a refund he said no I'll send a new Burger right away with a coupon a hour later Burger showed up and no comp or coupons. Won't be wasting my money there anymore.

I’ve always liked this place until today. Order 4 steak tips dinner. Once we got our food home everything looked good up until we tried to eat it. All we got was fat and it wasn’t cooked to order. My husband’s order was the only one that was edible. We took the meat back to show them it was all fat. They did refund some of the money we paid for the food. What’s funny is that I called to make sure the refund was put back into our account and I asked to speak to the manager. The girl that answered was not manager and pretended... read more
