AWFUL!! We waited two hours for our food, which was missing part of our food, lukewarm at best, and didn’t give us a receipt. Called the store twice and was just told “its on its way” during the wait with no apology or remorse. Shameful
I eat steak express every Saturday!!! I called it took two hours its raining and I understand . I call & and a manager Melinda who should not work with customer service she was so disrespectful to a max called me out my name yelled I finally got my food the delivery guy was so awesome he apologized a lot and understood my problem with Melinda he apologized for her but if she is a manager the car hop should not have to !!! Its good put a lil pricey the meat has good flavor but they dont have french fries
Horrible customer service paid 17 dollars for a burnt hamburger steak and I was suppose to get a loaded potato and got a plain potato with no butter or anything took them almost a hour to deliver I will never order from them again

Tried twice. Absolutely love Abilene Steak Express... this one just can't compare. First time steaks, well done when ordered medium, mostly fat and gristle. Tried a burger today, and a chicken breast for Lillie. Burnt on the burger, and I mean fully burnt, charred. Chicken like a piece of rubber. When it is your only job, it should be better, especially at those prices. Seldom leave bad reviews, just feel totally robbed.
Everything is usually awesome and they are mostly prompt and friendly. Sometimes the salad is not so great.

They never delivered our food when we got there the food was sitting they're cold very rude never offered to fix it won't ever order from Jere again,no customer service skills what so ever,I understand the driver got lost but at least u could of called us to let us know,two hours later we r trying to figure out something for dinner ,never had this problem before ,and if they would have been appolagetic maybe but not now
