I usually order steak tips when I come here and they are always good. Tonight I ordered a filet. It was the toughest piece of meat I have ever had. I called and asked if they accidentally gave me the wrong steak as my knife had trouble cutting it. The lady told me I could bring it back and they would make me another. I took my steak back and they offered to make another but I wasn’t going to wait. She then told me she would give me a 15% off my next order. Was not worth it. Check your order before you pick it up. We got home and a medium rare ribeye looked and tasted like a tire. Guess I paid for a great baked potato......
most of the time yes great food not tonight my 32 anniversary and wanted to surprise my wife I'm the one that got surprised, almost 60$ for 2 ribeyes mine was tough I had a real hard time cutting it then I chewed on it for a while,had great flavor for a rubber steak
