I had a terrible experience with them today. Never again will I buy from this restaurant. Obviously, corporate is not aware of all the negative reviews and treatment of customers. But they will. I am going to contact them and hopefully they will listen and do something about this restaurant and its poor service.
RecommendedI fell in Love with this place when it came to Odessa and still love it. Understandably due to the oil boom and large pop increase the orders take longer to be delivered, food order is not always complete upon arrival but food is still good and they are always polite.
Very dissatisfied with the service. Had a visit from family ordered plenty of food, and a burger my wife ordered was not received. I called and employee said manager was not available but that they would give me 15% off for my next order. I don't need a discount. An apology or proper customer service would have been good enough. Have always ordered from this store until now. The burger showed up 1 hour and 15 minutes later, no dressings, no chips and driver was rude and unprofessional. Lets just say I have waited 2 hrs, and still no food, so I am sure it will be cold... When order was placed I at 11:40, I was told an hour wait.. $26 for food that will be cold, and over an hour late.. This will be my last order...
RecommendedI’m more upset with steak express than I have ever been with any restraunt I tried to call in a order and they put me on hold 3 different times and never came back to the phone I love their food but I won’t ever eat there again I would have rather been told we are to busy to take your order than to be left with a phone in my ear very disappointed

I had a great experience. The young lady that answered the phone was very courteous and answered all my questions. The food was exactly how I ordered it and delivered sooner than I expected.

JUST GOT MY ORDER, AND ALL I GOT TO SAY AFTER ALL THE TIMES, IVE ORDERED FROM HERE, THIS MAY BE THE LAST TIME. WE WAITED OVER AN HOUR FOR BURGERS THAT WERE NOT PROPERLY COOKED, AND WAS LUKE WARM AT BEST.
