Oh where to begin, cheesecake was rotten, ordered 2 burgers and got fixings for one, chocolate cake did not taste good either. This is the third time I. The last few years that we have tried and failed with steak express. By far one of the worst. Take your money elsewere. I actually had them come pick up the food and give a refund.
placed my order was told 65 minutes it's now been 2 hrs and still no food, no one answers the phone it just rings. absolutely ridiculous!!!
I've been sitting outside 30 mins for this guy to come tell me that they never even STARTED my order. This was my first and LAST time coming to this BS place with BS people! I'm leaving and STILL starving!
I'm not one that expresses my opinion like this . but ... dissatisfied first time here and last . made it simple ordered a cheese burger and a loaded baked potatoe. they said 15min .Pulled around front . 35 mins later went in to see what's up with my order . find it sitting on the counter. took my order supprise baked potatoe hard way under cooked. burger burnt not flame broiled.... had high hopes for this place glad I didn't order a steak ..
