heck no! don't dine in(when your able), and DO NOT ORDER RIGHT NOW! We went against what we have been doing, and ordering local. kicked us in the BUTT! My husband is in healthcare and was finally getting home before 730 and was on time for his order when THEY told him to be there to pick it up! he was told he had to wait in the line! it bobbed and weaved through the parking lot! I placed an order to pick up at 5:45 and waited in line for over an hour in the car. Where is the organization? Oh and they got my order wrong too. I don’t recommend using their curbside service at this time.
Used curbside service for the first and LAST time. Absolutely NO ORGANIZATION. I ordered the 3 piece cat fish dinner. When i get it home it’s 3 tiny pieces of fish The garden vegetable haven’t been cooked they are stone cold. The only good part of my meal was my bake potato. I will NEVER use this service at this location again!!

I will never eat here again!!! I called myself supporting the restaurant industry during COVID-19. And what did I get ? Well I’m glad you asked my order was screwed up I live 30 mins from here so going back wasn’t realistic and not only that they gave me food poisoning. I’ve called multiple times and have been unsuccessful reaching a manager. I’m beside myself pissed at this. If Covid-19 didn’t kill me , Texas Roadhouse-Shadeland surely was almost successful .
