Arrived yesterday. We gave our name to the check in person to be placed on the waiting list since there were others sitting & waiting to be seated. After sitting & waiting about 10 minutes a young lady made a announcement that if anyone was planning on using a credit card they would not be able to accommodate them because their credit machine was down. That should have been told upon arrival. I was very disappointed because I had the taste for a steak. So we left and went to Outback Steak House.
This is usually my fav place to eat however this time was not I ordered med well steak it came out looking rare they took back to recook I even got back the little PC I cut up 🙄 It came ou burnt on outside still bloody in the middle the manager took a whole 3 dollars off my meal very disappointed
RecommendedBeer was ice cold, luved that! Our complaint is always the same, we feel rushed. Yesterday we forgot to put off ordering until after appetizer was almost finished and salad was brought out 10 mins. after appetizer. We luv the food, just wish we could eat at a leisurely pace.
I was just there Saturday night. And we got told wait was about 40 min we waited maybe 10 min 15 tops it did not seem that long before they called us over the speaker to b seated there was 7 of us and a baby we set down and got our food with in 20 min witch was pretty good for how many people who was there at that time we had a great waittress her name was Jordan. I Was Very Disappointed In Our Experience! It Wasn't The Waitress Courtney's Fault But The Cooks Obviously Don't Know How To Cook Steaks! I was very upset that I had to sit and wait another 20 minutes when it's their fault for messing up our food. It was a family date night and I was just so upset knowing that I had to wait for my food to be remade. I don't know if I will come back to this location. The manager Jodi was very understanding as well!
Our server, Chad, was excellent tonight! Great eye contact, smiled, and so pleasant! The service was quick and the food was very good. One of my favorite places!
Customer service was less than decent. We ordered 4 different ribeye meals medium well and received well done steaks. We only sent one back and had to wait over 8 minutes to get a new one. She was still charged. The waiter Zach was ok, it was his last day because he was quiting. We will NEVER eat here or any other Texas Roadhouse. Their policy no matter if they messed it up, you still pay for the one they fixed....they need a lesson in customer service.
Received horrible customer service at this location! Be accountable for the things you screw up and don't make excuses. And that so called manager, AJ, needs training on good customer service, because she clearly skipped that section of the training. This experience is truly unfortunate because I've always had good things to say about this establishment until now! Do better!
Great dinner and we had THE BEST waitress we've ever had there. Her name was Katie. Please be sure to give her recognition. She is fantastic and the sweetest.
