Service was extremely poor waited 10 minutes until someone came to our table. Waitress rushed us for our order when she did appear at our table. It took at least 20 minutes to get our food. Steak was awful it was way over salted. Steak was not edible so we asked for them to take it off our bill and they only took off partial and the manager did not even have the decency to come over and talk to us. This used to be a good restaurant not anymore.
RecommendedThis Texas Roadhouse was amazing. We had Frank as our server and he was amazing. Others were great too. Steak was perfect, this place gets rare is rare.
I wish I could rare this no stars! We came tonight because the Texas Roadhouse back home is amazing, however this particular store fell short. We waited over an hour for our food only to have it served burnt. My in-laws ordered two American Cheeseburgers one medium rare and they were charbroiled and bare. We ordered a burger to go and it was burnt worse, however it had lettuce, tomatoes and onions. When we asked for particular items the server kept saying "I'll try, we are super busy." We were there yesterday night. We eat there at least four or five times a month. The food was great once we got the right order. From the salad to the steaks we had to chase them down. The server had the wrong table number on our ticket than the checkout process started first a bill for 39$ when she brought the debit slip it was for 62$. Than she told us she had to credit that and run the right amount. She than brought a charge for 52$.
