Never had a bad steak there. Excellent food service and I love the country music theme.
Went today around 4:00pm. Parking lot not half full. Went in and was told 5/10 minute wait. When taken to our table we saw one half of the resteraunt was empty. Over heard a hostess tell someone else they were seating that they didn't have any wait staff to work it. Near the end of our meal my husband got a refill on his soft drink. It was awesome, good food and great customer service and our waitress Pam was awesome.
My whole group was separated and our meal was messed up our steak wasn't cooked right and our waiter took forever and we told the manager and the only thing she did was give us a free appetizer we really should have got a free meal but it's whatever probably never eating here again
Worst service ever tonight! I can understand stuff happens but not communicating for an hour is unacceptable!
