Steak cooked wrong, took 20 minutes to get it back. It still was not cooked correctly! Customer service representative took it to manager, no communication until waitress brought bill with only a $10 discount!!! The value their fillets at $10!!!
When I saw how many things were on the children's menu I should have known there would be a lot of kids. Food might have been good but we packed up before finishing to get away from the noise of many cranky children, at 6;15 pm. Other times we have gone there the food and service was good.
Asked for my meal with no mushrooms and the we're still on it. My wife's ribeye ordered medium was medium well. Paid the girl with cash and she brought my change back it was the amount we owed. Took them 15 minutes to fix the problem, I guess I'll never pay cash again there it must be difficult to think

Moved us twice. My meat was not well done like I ordered it also she forgot to bring my mashed potatoes and my veggies were hard. Waitress took them to the kitchen put them in. the microwave,when returned veggies were dried up. Bad experience. Drinks were good
Baked pot was over done and very old. Wait time was unacceptable, they weren't that busy. Steaks were smaller and over cooked. My fish and salad was very good but I will continue to go to Texas road house in Terre haute and not go back to Avon.
Based on my experience tonight this is not a place I would frequent again. Loud and obnoxious patrons (did I mention loud?) and semiconscious waiter... Took forever to get our food. Meh... Next time I'll either cook at home or eat someplace else. MCL is sounding better.
